There's nothing like sleeping in your old twin bed when you're in your
late twenties to remind you how much you've grown.
While we were reminiscing in my old room, my boyfriend and I stumbled
across a few of my old diaries... and oh my gosh, we had so much fun reading the entries!
Let me tell you, I was quite the egotistical 7 year old.
Entries usually went something like this:
"Today, Jonathan scooted up to sit by me during story time. He obviously likes me"
"Today, I was wearing a red shirt and Danny was looking at me in a dreamy
sort of way. He probably likes me."
We were dying laughing!
Reading my old diary entries got me to thinking... I've kept a journal since I could write
all the way up into my early twenties... and then my writing just kind of dropped
off the map. I've missed writing in a journal but I felt like I just didn't have
enough time in the day to sit down, reflect and write.
Enter Keel's Simple Diary.
I discovered these brightly little hued journals online and instantly fell in love
with the concept of them. Each page has a few thought evoking statements, Q&As & a quote.
The entry won't take you more than 3 minutes to fill out
The entry won't take you more than 3 minutes to fill out
but the questions make you think and reflect on your day.
If you feel like something is missing in your life or you wish you had more time to reflect on
your day instead of just going through the motions all the time, I highly recommend you
get a Keel's Simple Diary. Bonus, they are less than $15 and SO pretty!

I am dying of laughter from your journal. I recently went over my junior high journal and felt a little embarrassed of it. I was dramatic!
