Food Fantasies

Totally inspired by Emily Schuman of Cupcakes and Cashmere's recent post about her own personal "Food Fantasy," I started daydreaming about what I would eat for a day if calories were of no importance.

I am probably the only person I know on the planet without a sweet tooth, so, not surprisingly, all of my picks are of the salty and savory variety. What I would do to have a day to eat like a total piggie!

Ok, now it's your turn! I would love to hear what you would gorge out on for a day if calories didn't count! SPILL!

  2. Oh man..good one. I actually crave healthy food so mine probably wouldn't be too exciting but a good IPA would definitely be in the mix..omg I'm sitting here thinking and I cannot think of anything except a chocolate flour-less torte!

  4. Ohmagahhh. McDonald's hashbrowns are the serious business. I could also guzzle a bottle of Riesling a day.

  7. My sweet tooth is out of control! I would indulge in barely legal amounts of chocolate. I'd probably throw in a charcuterie board for good measure--you know, for protein.

  8. Oh, I don't actually believe in calories, but rather the nutritional value of foods. :) And I guess being a nutritionist helps. I don't think my diet would change much if I could made my food choices lead by my taste... I'd still want my raw juice in the morning and my lovely breakfast, followed by a delicious salad and my favourite pasta bake (I have my own version for that) and a few fruits. However since it was a treat day, I would have a big bowl of organic vanilla ice-cream or a slice of my home made carrot cake at some point. :)

  11. Love this! If calories were no big deal, I would eat lots of Chic Fil-a chicken nuggets, frosties from Wendy's and McDonald's French Fries :)
