Post Christmas Wrap-Up & a Free 2013 Downloadable Calendar For You!

I hope everyone had a gorgeous Christmas! I am back to the real world today but still
the vision of sugarplums (and Christmas prime rib) are dancing in my head.

First, I wanted to send a little Christmas gift your way compliments of the beautiful and innovative
Bri Emery and Natalie Shriver of Designlovefest. Bri and Natalie created this 2013 mood
calendar, which is free to download and keep next to your desk. It is a customizable
mood board, changeable to your mood and whims, fancies and season. You are
supposed to glue a few things to the calendar each month that inspire you.

Clint and I had an eventful Christmas, first having his car break down in the middle
of NOWHERE on the way to his parent's house in Antelope Valley.

No really, check out our view from the car as we waited for the towtruck driver.

We had a really nice time there and then traveled to Costa Mesa to spend Christmas #2
with my side of the family. Lots of catching up, eating, drinking and watching old
movies like The Christmas Story and It's a Wonderful Life.

We managed to torture my dog, as we do every holiday, in festive outfits that may
or may not lend to his male tendencies i.e. Pink Pepto Bismal Puppy Snuggie
and Jingle Bell Holiday Skirt.... ehehehehehehe

Even though our family agreed to keep Christmas gift giving light this year, it seems as though we went crazier than ever! Among my sweet gifts from the family, I am especially loving my new Measuring Hedgies from AnthropologieWhite Marble Pastry Board from Sur La Table and Gold Pig Bookends from CB2.

P.S. I've been posting all the holiday updates on my Instagram.

Sounds like you had a lovely Christmas, even with the road situation! And your presents are lovely, too - I love the pig bookends, so quirky! :) xoxo
