We're getting some rain downpour here in San Diego, which I am very happy about. The rain gives me an excuse to exercise all of my favorite total loser, shut-in fantasies... watching movies, reading books, crafting, and ordering lots of take-out. I'll take any excuse to lay low on the weekend!
Despite the rainy weather, I wanted to put together a post that uses the warm, sunshiney color of yellow for inspiration. After all, it seems that rain is often associated with the color yellow... yellow rain-boots... yellow raincoat... Wonder why that is...Anyone know? Anyways, Enjoy!
you're getting rain we're getting a snow storm..ahh! Actually I love snow..especially since I don't work outside of the home and I don't have to drive in it.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, never a big yellow fan but I have come to appreciate it paired with grey and white. I have an ottoman in my living room that looks exactly like these pillows!
Have a great weekend Holly! Let me know if you watch any great movies ;)

We're getting rain for the next 6 days according to the news...unlike you I'm not loving it because it's 76 degrees of hotness mixed with dirty rain, not to mention I have to work. If I could lay in bed and read mags, I would probably feel differently. LOL!
ReplyDeleteAnyway, love the yellow!

All of these picks are fabulous! I love that you used yellow as your inspiration here. It's been so cold in Chicago, so it's nice to see "sunshine", even if it's on a screen... ;)
