So, I got my hair done this past weekend and was treated to some new hair products! My hairdresser is a big fan of the Moroccan Oil line of products and used the Moroccan Oil Moisture Repair Shampoo and Conditioner on my hair. As I've said in the past, I'm not a big fan of the Moroccan Oil but I LOVED the shampoo and conditioner. Not only does it smell delicious, but it left my hair looking healthy and strong. I've also tried the Restorative Hair Mask and the Luminous Hairspray and I loved them too.
What is your experience with Moroccan Oil? Love it? Hate it? Haven't tried it yet?
You can review and buy these and other products from The Urban Retreat Beautique, which is a luxurious and unique online beauty retailer that I recently discovered. This retailer specializes in sourcing the best and most coveted brands like La Mer and Sisley. The website layout and imagery reminds me of Topshop: black, white and gorgeous all over.

I love this stuff! I use the argon oil and love how soft it makes my hair feel :)

I swear by the stuff, but I think that it has to work with your hair type in order for you to love it so much. Sometimes the mask products or the straight oil is too much for some hair types.

I love the oil very much - I just use the raw one, nothing branded and can't be without it. x
ReplyDeleteNo he provado nada de Moroccanoil, pero este verano me quiero comprar el aceite para el pelo...

I rarely use mine, sometimes just on my tips if they are extra dry. Coconut oil makes a great hair treatment!
ReplyDeleteLOVE, LOVE, LOVE Moroccan Oil. It literally has helped transform my hair into healthy. However I do have to use the Light version since the original is sometimes too heavy. Smells amazing and is GREAT to help cut down on blow dry time. I will say the hairspray is to DIE for!!!

I used Moroccan for a couple years. I have thick straight hair and using it for shine. My girl switched me to "Oi oil" because she said i was better for your hair but not sure exactly why? :) Love the smell of all of it though!

I like their products, definitely left my hair super soft.
ReplyDeleteI haven't tried it, but I have been tempted. I use natural oils from Whole Foods.

I only used the oil once and wasn't really a fan - but I do love the shampoo.
ReplyDeleteI've only tried the oil, which my hairdresser turned me on to. I am officially a fan. Maybe I'll give the restorative mask a try--I love a good hair mask!

It is amazing. The only problem with me is that it is too light for my thick hair. I need something to actually weigh my hair down more but when I have used it it does give my hair incredible shine!
