I know it's still over a month away, but it's never too early to plan your New Year's Eve Outfit. In the past few year's, I've also favored something sparkly and it's always worked for me, so I will likely go with something similar again! A big, loud, sparkly statement dress similar to the one I'm wearing in my dress above. If I won the Sparkle Louder contest, I would wear THIS dress while sipping on one of my favorite Hpnotiq cocktails! Not only is it cute, but so affordable!
